A-Way Express provides Basic, Rush and Urgent service, Monday to Friday. 

Customer Service Reps are ready to take your order by 8 am and can accept orders for same-day until 1 PM (3 PM in our purple zone) and overnight delivery until 5pm. 

Our Rates:

Same Day Service (Basic)

Our basic service ensures your packages are delivered before the end of the business day. 

Rush

This ensures your package is delivered within 2 hours from the time the order is placed.
Charge is 1½ times the Basic rate.

Urgent

Picked up and delivered within 1 hour from the time the order is placed. 
Charge is 2 times the Basic rate.

Multiple Discount

10% discount for 15 packages or more. We welcome multiple deliveries and ask for notice the day before if there are more than 15 packages.

Scheduled

We can schedule your deliveries on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to be taken care of automatically.

We provide a delivery signature and the delivery completion time upon request.

Fees

Re-delivery - $25.00

There are several reasons A-Way may need to redeliver an order; if no one is available to accept the delivery or if the package rejected by the receiver . Re-delivery is one of the priciest fees because it essentially requires us to redo the job and miss out on other income.
